RF Co-Axial Lightning and Surge Arresters -- Recieve and Transmit

Co-axial arresters are made with a variety of RF connectors, male or female, 50 or 75 ohm. The arresters are feed-thru type with DC continuity between connectors. Power ratings are from receive to 10 KW or more transmit. Low insertion loss. High surge rating to 75 KA, on 8/20 µs lightning current. Vibration and shock resistant.

The arrester conists of a 50 or 75 ohm, high-energy co-axial gas tube. This device is hermetically sealed, bipolar, and terminated with the desired connectors. Insertion loss negligible to 2 GHz. Mounting through a 1” hole bulkhead or bracket-an in-line connection. Weight less than 1 pound. Common connectors are N, BNC, TNC, C, UHF, Twin BNC, 7/16, Triax. No radioactive materials used.
